Advantages:

Очень просторная квартира с 2 санузлами и душами, что важно для нашей большой семьи. Расположение практически в центре Тбилиси. До пр. Руставели пешком минут 5 и до метро так же. Хозяйка старалась оперативно решать все вопросы. Во дворе можно поставить машину, что для Тбилиси бесценно. В квартире есть все необходимое. Даже ёлку нарядили)))

Disadvantages:

Даже не хочется писать о недостатках. Разве что ремонт кое-где подустал (где-то обои отошли немного), но это такие мелочи и жильцы предыдущие в этом виноваты полагаю.
