Advantages:

Отличная отзывчивая хозяйка. Расположена в центре города тбилиси. Макдональс в шаговой доступности. Магазины и метро рядом.

Disadvantages:

Нет микроволновки, окна не закрываются. Очень шумно с открытыми окнами. После мытья в ванной, душевая течет.
